During the panels, generous giveaways from industry partners were provided to the attendees, with a major highlight being the contribution from Wacom Technology Corp. They generously offered 15 One by Wacom Tablets, courtesy of Nathan Brown, Enterprise Sales Manager at Wacom. In addition, attendees received copies of CLIP STUDIO PAINT, courtesy of Fahim Niaz, Founder of Graphixly, and copies of Fahim Niaz's book, "The Artist’s Roadmap To Multiple Streams of Income: Using the Internet to Maximize Your Art Career." Two attendees also won subscriptions to the Adobe Creative Cloud courtesy of Stephen Burns.

2CPR Group played a significant role in coordinating the collection of the giveaways for the panel, ensuring a seamless experience for both participants and the industry partners. One fortunate attendee who won a tablet expressed their enthusiasm, saying, "This is my first time ever owning a tablet, and I'm thrilled to start creating on it. It was the highlight of the convention for me!"

The first panel, "The Importance of Online Branding and Professionalism," featured discussions on utilizing resources like websites, apps, and social media to create a professional online presence for individuals and their projects. Topher Davila (art director, GeekdomWear.com, Illustrator) moderated the panel, which included industry professionals such as Gene Turnbow (founder, SciFi.Radio; editor-in-chief, Helium Beach Press), Luke Cheeseman (director of media, TheConGuy.com), Sean Glumace (Chief Operating Officer of 2CPR Group), and Stephen Burns (Photoshop digital artist, author, lecturer, and Adobe Education Leader).

The second panel, "Full-Time Creative Work on a Part-Time Schedule," covered essential topics like time management, resource management, and communication for creatives striving to achieve their goals. Dr. Ronald Coleman, Ph.D. (molecular geneticist and comics writer) moderated the panel, featuring panelists Gene Turnbow, Sean Glumace, Dr. Renah Wolzinger (Chief Learning Officer at EON Reality), James Frye (managing editor, TheConGuy.com), and Topher Davila. During this panel, the panelists also discussed how AI is changing the way creatives work, not just in terms of creative output but also in time management and everyday business tasks. Using ChatGPT live, Sean Glumace and Dr. Renah Wolzinger created a comic book outline, stressing how AI, if used correctly, can open doors for more creative work.

Both panels also featured a unique 10-minute networking session, encouraging attendees to connect with one another and find new creative partners, such as writers finding artists, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere at the convention.

Sean Glumace, COO of 2CPR Group, emphasized the value of industry-driven discussions at conventions for aspiring professionals. "Real-world insights from industry experts provide invaluable guidance for those looking to break into the industry," Glumace said. "These panels offer a unique opportunity to learn from the experiences and knowledge of established professionals."

Dr. Renah Wolzinger, Chief Learning Officer at EON Reality, highlighted the importance of incorporating AI into the creative process. "AI tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney offer innovative ways for creatives to enhance their work and optimize their time with creative and in-depth prompts," she explained. "Embracing AI technology will be a key factor in the success of creative professionals moving forward."
